Those of you who have laying hens, what do you do with the chicks who turn out to be roosters? Is there a local butcher who will dispatch them for a fee? I don’t mind eating them at all but don’t have any experience doing it myself and wouldn’t want to cause undue harm due to my inexperience

Why do the grocery stores in this state rarely bag your groceries for you? I moved here from California where someone always bags them for you compared to here where 8/10 times I have to bag my own groceries when I shop.

So. With all of the power outages in VT and New Enland area, hats off to all of the line crew for restoration! But.. what if.... your company instilled a root cause, corrective action plan? Root cause? Um maybe the infustructure can't withthstand the weather presenting trees taking out the system?
