This is correct. As someone who currently monitors my meter in real-time using rtlamr2mqtt, I can vouch for the benefits of knowing your energy usage in real-time. I had a rooftop solar array installed recently, and I use real-time monitoring to see whether I’m generating excess energy, which helps me know when the best time is to run my clothes dryer or charge my car. It absolutely helps people make better choices around their energy usage, and I think it’s something everyone would benefit from if it was more easily accessible.

First: missing payroll is a BIG DEAL. The business depends on the employees. Maybe look at the whole payroll process. Are you paperless? Can you send the paycheck to their phones with and emailed "stub"? Do you do a lot of the bookkeeping?

If you have a business together you will sometimes have to make decisions that are right for the business and there are no "sides".

Keeping yourself afloat is always the most important thing. You can't be there for anyone else if you aren't there for yourself.

Have that long talk with your husband when he comes back. The business needs a plan for emergencies.

Simple rule of thumb if a prank is good or appropriate... No prank should ever be harmful in any way. Inconvenient, maybe, but it's a thin line. If whatever you do or say causes someone anxiety or fear that they're losing something important to them, that's not a prank, just abusive behavior dressed up as comedy.

I don't know. I have a friend who lives in one of those Harrison apartments paying like 3K for just him, and he has a car and parking. I don't want to be giving up like half my salary to rent so I am sticking around in this 3 family house my friends family owns and I didn't buy a new car when mine was no longer working.

I'm just banking my extra money because who knows what the hell might go down at this point.

Ah, Memantine is probably the one although I do usually get generics so who knows, lol. It was being used for migraines or insomnia or something at the time.

They wanted me to "try to acclimate to it for a couple of weeks" when I was living with 2 domestic abuse survivors and was already setting off PTSD in the first couple of days.

I know there are some issues with this study, but I am gen curious about the effect of marijuana on blood sugars. I know my own experiences are literally just that, but my blood sugars drop when I take my medical marijuana. I have chronic pain and cPTSD and this is what works best for me. I have seen an improvement in my health since I found a good balance and treatment plan. My health is better, and part of that is not feeling crappy and depressed all the time, but it has a noticable effect in other areas. When I upped my CBD (and took it with THC) my inflammation markers lowered. I can't take NSAIDS, so if I am injured this is one thing I go to.

I don't think it cures everything, nor do I see it as a cure. It works nicely with my treatments for certain conditions and it's possible it works well in conjunction with other courses of treatment. It also doesn't mean there are no downsides. The thing is, most people who are on medication for life have to live with downsides like that all the time. Some treatments can be hard on the kidneys, liver heart, or stomach. Some cause neurological issues. Some damage is irreversible. It is all about what does the least harm for the most quality of life. That's never going to be a one size fits all solution and it shouldn't have to be one. I would love to see reliable, reproducible studies, whatever they show. I could be some werid outlier or something else could be going on. Or there could be something to it. I would really like to know more.
