I’m originally from IL and in Chicago and the suburbs red light cameras have been in place for a long time and it ABSOLUTELY changed behaviors. Anyone who drives in the New Haven area should welcome something like this given the blatant and rampant running of red lights that happens there. That sounds very optimistic however that sounds very challenging and close to impossible to simply remove "desire" from human psychology. We are hard wired to over-reach that's how we survive.
