I would definitely argue with someone from OSHA over it. When a car's controls are in neutral, no one ever assumes that means the key is not in the ignition or specifically not in the car whatsoever. I would definitely cite my 8 years of driving lifts and dozen times talking to OSHA where it was no a problem. If they want keys stored when machines aren't in use, that's got to be written specifically.

Does your BFs cheat partner's know they were banging? I love when they say "I changed" like they can change overnight. He is delusional. Did you ever discuss why he cheated? Besides that, she was there. How is he changing so the scenario doesn't happen again?

If your spidey senses go off while on vacation, you end it. Let the spouse know what wonderful, supportive, and loving wife he has, and what POS her best friend is.

Be prepared to leave to leave if you have to. You don't deserve this.

I don't notify my own insurance company if the other party is clearly at fault and there is a police report that reflects that. Your insurance company will record the incident and it counts against you. (They SAY it doesn't count against you, but it does. They track the number of incidents you are in and even not at fault accidents count against you to a certain degree).

This is a scenario where those who aren't as experienced in dealing with insurance should probably get their own company involved, however.

edit I guess the downvoters are confused about how insurance works?

That’s a big if for the accuracy of the census numbers. Prior to 2020, I assume they used the same or similar methodology for estimating population flows. When the 2020 census was done, where someone actually is knocking on doors and every household is filling out paperwork they had clearly undercounted for years.

It’s not illegal. They have no contractual relationship with you, they have a contractual relationship with their client. Their interest is in paying as little as you will accept to absolve their client of further liability. Their client has damaged your property; if there was no such thing as insurance, you would be filing a lawsuit against the person who damaged your property, seeking a judgement against them. When their insurance offers you a payment, they’re offering to settle your claim of damages against their client; you’re agreeing not to seek further damages.

Ohh..bud..there is..its because North can be clearly distinguished from the other poles thanks to the magnetic field of the Earth..which makes it a constant..so building a map with the North..a constant..which can also be a stand in for the North Star..which most of Europe sailors used was just logical for them.. in other parts like India East was the top..and I think in Egypt South was the top..but somewhere during the European expansion..(colonialism) ..all the maps have been set to suit them..thus the standard North top maps were made..

No - another day is well within my natural lifespan. I'm all for improved medical care, as well. But seeking immortality for its own sake? That's not a medical issue - that's a societal issue. I do not think it's a great idea to create a caste of immortal billionaires...and they will be so. There's no way for EVERYONE to live forever...the planet couldn't possibly handle it. It would have to fall to those who can afford it, on an on-going basis. Your tissue can't last forever - it will require resources.
