BTW, the European Southern Observatory (ESO) agency is building a 39.3-metre-diameter telescope at the moment in Chile. The "Extremely Large Telescope". First light is planned for 2028

But 30 meter is not bad either.

Good for you. 🤷‍♂️ No police report I’ve had from an accident stated who is at fault. No one said it did either. It states what happened and if someone was cited for something. The insurance company uses it along with photos and damage assessment to determine fault. They ask for a police report every time you make a claim.

It sounds crazy because it's not what it's being asked of openAI, the regulator complain that openAI hasn't put anything in place to check if the user is a minor, which is a reasonable complaint. They are not asking openAI to collect more data for the sake of it, but to refuse access to minors

The $4 comment was somewhat tongue in cheek. It is a shock it costs money to run the govt. I appreciate the lesson. The one of the goals of govt should be to operate as efficiently as possible to not waste the taxpayers money. If it was capable of doing that quite possibly people might feel like they are getting a value for their hard earned money.

The first step, in my opinion, is to avoid confusion and stop calling it this. This will help make the idea more accessible to the public, if that makes sense. My first thought was why the hell the county is messing with a bridge/pedestrian walkway that was fixed up not that long ago.
