Right. I thought it would be that way also. However the Apple employee at the store told me it would be locked for 30 to 60 days. Then an Apple employee over cx support also told me the same thing.
I will be picking up my iPhone today from the Apple Store and follow similar steps that you did. Hopefully it works out.

Sorry, the term is "Backdoor" roth. Income limits are too high to contribute to a Roth initially.

Also the VMFXX says the SEC 7 day yield is 4.76%. I haven't seen a cent of interest. When does it get paid or where do I view it?

Reply to Why do so few American movies let foreign language speaking characters speak their own language? Why does everything have to be in English... by _wyfern_
It's primarily driven by money and box office, but you may be surprised to learn that 21% of Americans can't read and 54% read below a 6th grade level, so even on a practical basis, subtitling a film can turn away at minimum a potential 21% of your audience.

Because Americans primarily (not exclusively) speak English. This isn't unique to the United States. British television programs like Rome and I, Claudius weren't performed in Latin. The Death of Stalin and Enemy at the Gates, both British films set in Russia, were in English.
