Why is everyone here blaming Wimbledon? Comparing them to IOC etc? Saying they took a bribe or something. The AEC (owners of Wimbledon) and the LTA (Queens Club etc) were the only tennis associations to ban Russian players and were punished by the ATP and threatened with expulsion. ATP are the ones who would need to impose a ban if it was going to happen otherwise we're talking about 2 weeks of the tour they couldn't play.

I will say i watched that interview he did with Lex real closely because i didn't know much about him. He seems more thoughtful and level headed than 95% of the people who could have wound up in his position. Small comfort i guess, hopefully that counts for something.

Where was that? I grew up in western Canada and didn't know anyone who spoke French, despite it being on almost everything.
