Yeah, requiring that for the high school is even more ridiculous. It has to be based on some liability concern. Good luck with getting it changed.

Um... no.
Suicides.
Its just suicides. Mental health took a dive during covid, people were stripped of their social networks and a lot of them were barely holding on.

But they don’t own it, so it’s not their choice, and I highly doubt the ESA is gonna choose Russia over the US.

Reply to comment by AcademicGravy in Heat Pumps could supply 20% of building heating by 2030. Supercritical CO2 heat pump sales in Japan have now reached a total of 8.5 million units. by DisasterousGiraffe
You have no idea how heat pumps work, do you...
I run installation company. I sell heat pumps for a living. I'm certified home and industrial heating/cooling systems technician. And with this intro CO2 pumps suck.
To put it simply - your average 10kW unit can produce that 10kW at output water temp of 35C and outdoor temp of 7C, CO2 lineup is sold with different 'scaling' so to speak, so it might get that 10kW output at 7C outside for water of 70C, but because it's inefficient it won't have COP of 4 but more in the range of 2,4-2,6.
And at -7 your normal pump gets still ~8,5kW of heat output but CO2 will get like 6 or less... And COP nearing standard electric heater. Even for not max output temperature.
Let me say this again and again - if you need a high temp pump you should insulate your building in the first place. Than buy low temp pump. If you don't have money for both you should insulate your building first and not waste time and money for high temp pumps.
So what is presented as great environmental move is just wasting limited resources on marketing gimmick that avoids addressing main issue being outdated building standards for insulation and heating installation.

The withdrawal effects of venlafaxine/Effexor is the worst shit I've ever experienced. I felt like I was going through heroin withdrawal or something. Was shaking so hard, I couldn't drink water without assistance. My brain felt like it was being electrocuted. I would twitch so violently, I pulled muscles in my neck.

All I can say is that both of those things occurred.

There's plenty of justification. Puffy jacket pope pictures for a start.
The capabilities of modern AI to output disinformation campaigns should be a strong concern. And that's just the tip of the disruptive iceberg.

Yes, I remember a podcast talking about a woman that lost her job and had trouble providing and what not. Got a credit card and bought all of this bulk stuff like toilet paper, household stuff, and a week of groceries. Well maxed it out and then didn’t have any access to the remaining weeks of groceries. Had tons of TP though.
The analysis was that she was trying to horde when she could rather than plan for consistent manageable spending. But that’s what high stress desperate people will do. They will focus on some random thing vs big picture. That’s how I’m books or other media I’m a little forgiving of decisions I wouldn’t make because I’m just sipping tea and relaxing. I’m not be chased or under pressure.

Was Napoleons intent after the french revolution to abolish all the monarchies of Europe and Asia? It sort of feels as though Napoleon was vilified by the Royal families revising history after his defeat. But I don't know history well enough to know what Napolean's true intentions were.

5 9 9 us dollars was a big meme
The price is way too high for that year, now adays you might think it is normal but x360 was priced at 399$ and the wii for 249$
The extra price was because PS3 had a blu-ray player which sony was betting on against x360 HD DVD
