Real estate.
They know what they have in the ocean, and don't like people running into them.
It's a double edged sword.

Can't find a "comedian" unfunny without it coming across as hate, makes sense...

You must be new to this planet, because you have no idea how obtuse and thoughtless the human race actually is. Some people say hello then do a little haha gotcha, but loads of them, especially older people, do it without realizing what will happen.

Awesome, I'm a 32 year old man and i like to try complimenting guys beards and some things like that too as well without coming off creepy or anything, it is a fine line to balance, especially if i try to complement women as well, very difficult balance

If you ladder though, so be aware that T-Bills and T-Notes work slightly differently.
Bills are sold at a discount. The difference between the price you pay and the face value is the interest.
Notes are auctioned as well, but have an interest rate that is paid regularly. The yield is a combo of the discount and the interest paid. If the yield is lower than the interest rate, you will pay more than face value for the note, but will get regularly interest payments.

Yup it sucks, cars should be forced to park around the stadiums and be banned inside the actual park, outside of accommodating the handicapped and deliveries.

I haven't checked it out today yet, but my understanding is that the elevators are staying open, it's just the tunnel to overlook that's being closed.

The bass amp is an interesting solution lol, my sub is "only" 150w and that's plenty. I imagine it's just out of curiosity and not an intended fix.
Didn't even tought about wavelength, my studio isn't anywhere close to 32 feet but i had a crazy peak in 33hz, i wouldn't know what to make of this. Have you tried moving the amp around ?

I don't know if they did. He passed in 1985. I only recall the story of the cardboard guns. And this is the only photo I have of him serving.

Reply to comment by ClankSinatra in Why did Faye Dunaway's career not surge after she won the Oscar for NETWORK? by Lili_Danube
I agree but you really understated the age issue. Only very recently have actresses around 40 years began to thrive. 35 used to be a career ender or the start of a 20 year long slump. And the rebound from the slump was never spectacular. It just meant you came back to some respect for having survived the desert. I think her lack of resurgence has to do with her not signing onto a show for the long term. She's done many 1 episode guest star bits but never committed to a show like Sally Field or Jane Fonda did. TV and streaming is fantastic for older actresses careers.

Sonnet sounds great! Did you end up going with top mount or stack mount if you don't mind me asking? Currently using the top mount config and was curious if the stack mount was worth trying out!

The reset button is not a safe way to restart, so I hope you're joking.
The shutdown speed is simply a comparison point between two products, shorter is better.
