Backstory: I was getting tired of these electric can openers that keep breaking after a year and taking up counter space and wanted to find the can openers my parents have used for 25 years, the ones that mount under the counter. Black and Decker Spacemakers. This lead me to stumble upon the fact that GE sold their small appliances division to Black and Decker in the early 1980's and before that they made this can opener with a similar model number in the USA, and found one on ebay for far less money than these typically go for in basically new condition. I didn't buy this to admire it, I bought it to use it, and will be installing it this weekend. It cost me far less than it should have for what I got, in my opinion.

The model number is EC60, just like the Black and Deckers that replaced them later in the 80's and into the 90's.

Ok, here is my take:

  1. Even the same model headphones have different drivers. Even for the same headphones, right and left drivers do not match 100%, so obviously, you can not expect other model headphones to have the same driver.

  2. No, you can not eq a "bad" driver to perfection since "bad" drivers will have audible harmonic distortion and phase mismatches. Those can not be fixed by eq.

  3. There is no perfection in audio, but preferences and signatures are preferred by most people.

  4. You can eq a driver with low distortion and no phase cancelations/mismatches (you can look at freq graph, and if there are multiple dips and peaks, that driver most likely has phase cancellation) You can eq that headphone to your liking and it will sound amazing.

Best of luck!

Having a clean, tidy house with one TV in the living room that’s off during the day, and healthy home cooked meals for dinner.

I did home health for 3 years and let me tell ya, that is NOT the norm. So many people essentially nest in their own filth and discarded fast food trash with huge TVs of shouting Jerry Springer whatever on at full volume with half naked unclean children running around.

I love Newark (btw it is a CITY, put some respect on its name.) If you've never been to a large city, I'm not sure Newark is for you. There's nicer areas like the Ironbound area, but those places will definitely cost you more than $1000. Newark is not the safest place, and it seems you may not have the streets smarts.

Interesting. I found this article and it states:

>Unrealized income or losses are recorded in an account called accumulated other comprehensive income, which is found in the owner’s equity section of the balance sheet. These represent gains and losses from changes in the value of assets or liabilities that have not yet been settled and recognized.

They interchange income and gains. So income are gains and gains are income. Now, I'm leaning towards answer A since capital gains are income regardless if they are realized or not.

Mistakes made during a movie's production are a part of the movie, and whether they have a positive or negative effect on the overall quality of the film depends entirely on one's personal opinion.

Also, distinguishing between an unskilled director making a poor movie and a skilled director making one would only be important if you held the opinion that an artist's intent matters, which is in itself subjective.

Not at all made up in my opinion! There just doesn't seem to be any consensual framework for the moment, and diverse people are scrambling to put relevant concepts together and often disagree on what makes sense. It's particularly hard for ai alignment because it requires you to define what are the dangers you want to speak of, and so to have a model of an open environment in which the agent is supposed to operate which currently we do not have any notion nor example of. This makes examples that people in ai alignment brought up very speculative and poorly grounded which allows for easy critic. I'm curious though if you have interesting research examples in mind!
