I'm already getting a little frustrated by how many things promoted as open source use openai. I get that there's some wiggle room with terminology. But it's often on the level of just having a shell script built on top of a binary and calling it open source because you can edit the launcher.

I'm absolutely fine with openai doing its thing. I'm grateful for it in fact. But I really hate how much it's muddying the waters.

Thank you so much that makes so much more sense now. It seems Georgina is slightly better at resisting the sunken place or her operation wasn’t as “fool proof” as Logan’s or Walter’s who need a trigger to release themselves. What a fucked up amazing movie!!

Not who you're replying to... and i know this is an unpopular viewpoint... but I never understood wearing the outfit of a team you don't personally play for. Like a t-shirt that says Nats is fine to me, but I've always, since elementary school, thought it was weird to just wear the actual jersey.

So I really do love this book series... An maybe I'm being too picky 😅 but I can't get over the change to the cover art after the first book... I like my books to at least match in a sense whether on my bookshelf and you will cover art just looks better to me. Plus the first book I bought has the old cover art... I feel bad bc ik the author really likes the new cover art better... An some places show the old cover art with a new book store you can buy it that I've already tried some of those places and I've already gotten scammed because the books I buy are not the old cover art it's the new cover... Does anyone on here happen to know where I can get the old cover art for both the books Greythorne an Ebonwilde?

Nobody tell this guy the rental vacancy rate in the city is still ~2.6% even with the insane amount of rental development going on.

“Tons” of vacant units just isn’t the case. Your point about diminishing middle income housing is absolutely true but this is a luxury apartment building essentially in Rittenhouse so not sure what anyone thought would be going there.
