Everything is wrong here. I couldn’t agree more. Not me, my husband.

I can’t tell you the craziest thing I’ve done, because they’re plentiful. I can tell you that I’ve had some crazy requests though. One is to break all of my dishes on camera.
Some guy wanted me to faint as his wedding.
A crazy thing I did that made me the most money was make a naked snow angel which is actually relatively tame when you look at the grand scheme of things. 🤷🏽♀️

Only by folk who think that being fake polite is better than honesty
Edit: I grew up in the midwest and the southeast. Those people would rather cut than look at you if you don't adhere to their narrow world-view. The way I look at it Jersey people are dead honest. We are crowded, we are over-everythinged. We don't have time for fake polite bullshit. We are the corridor state. That which moves to the northeast and from it moves through NJ. Be focused or fuck off. We don't get to have time for anything but efficiency.

Reply to comment by ferretfacesyndrome in In 1982 Agnes Denes cultivated, grew, and harvested a two-acre wheatfield in downtown Manhattan by lfc28xkhgoa
After months of preparations, in May 1982, a two-acre (0.8 ha) wheat field was planted on a landfill in lower Manhattan, two blocks from Wall Street and the World Trade Center, facing the Statue of Liberty, sponsored by the Public Art Fund. To create the work, titled Wheatfield — A Confrontation, 200 truckloads of dirt were brought in and 285 furrows were dug by hand and cleared of rocks and garbage. The seeds were sown by hand and the furrows covered with soil. The field was maintained for four months, cleared of wheat smut, weeded, fertilized, and sprayed against mildew fungus, and an irrigation system was set up. The crop was harvested on August 16 and yielded over 1,000 pounds (455 kg) of healthy, golden wheat.[19]

I used the modifier "meaningful" just to say I didn't have enough to produce any significant amount. I definitely could've put my $1,200 into the S&P but if I did I certainly wouldn't have $100,000 right now.
I'm not disagreeing with your sentiment, just saying that given my financial situation + real estate knowledge at the time it made a lot of sense to buy the house rather than put my money in the stock market.

Not a scary movie, but a parody of one is Tucker and Dale vs Evil. That’s a great one too
