I can’t even imagine how long this took. This looks so sick, and it’s really giving me that strange feeling of transience you get when waiting for a train. Amazing job OP

I download/print off the NOAA chart digitally, take it into the garage and screen print the structure and moon on top!

Thanks!! I only used 3 layers. Background, my line sketch, and my painting.

I think the artist should have used a wooly mammoth for the fire hose. Have the water filled mammoths ready water filled and standing by for the long neck to lift and aim. Thanks for the flash of imagination

How long does it take for you to create those pieces? The design seems chaotic but in a good way but i can't imagine it was created without previous planing, so i would figure it takes just as long to plan the design as to create it.

> Wyeth’s neighbor Anna Christina Olson inspired the composition, which is one of four paintÂings by Wyeth in which she appears. As a young girl, Olson developed a degenerative muscle condition—possibly polio—that left her unable to walk. She refused to use a wheelchair, preferring to crawl, as depicted here, using her arms to drag her lower body along. “The challenge to me,” Wyeth explained, “was to do justice to her extraordinary conquest of a life which most people would consider hopeless.”

Awesome. It doesn’t look two color though? There’s black and red, but light blue and brown too. Look CMYK?

Thank you! I live in coastal NC and they tend to do really well at local arts/crafts fairs.

My mother had a copy of this in our dining room. She always told me the woman had polio and could not make it home. I always questioned how did she get there in the first place? There’s no trail of her crawling there through the tall grass.
