There are only 3 ways to deal with stress:-

  1. Remove it
  2. Remove yourself from it
  3. Learn to live with it.

Number 3 is hardest, diet, exercise, meditation, hobbies, medication talking to a Councillor/friend/family all can help in the short term... 1. or 2. are longterm answers.

Your loved ones.

I know many parents would immediately sacrifice their own health if it meant the safety and prosperity of their children. Same can be said for your other loved ones too, sometimes!

Also, your legacy. Many people sacrifice their own health or life to affect change and leave their mark on the world. Because that legacy will last way longer than their flesh.

Good manners, makes others feel relaxed, treating complete strangers (especially service workers) respect, not getting aggravated waiting in line inside grocery stores, courteous driving (road rage has been linked to narcissism)

Yeah. I think a lot of people take labels like 'straight' or 'gay' (or anything else) to be prescriptive rather than descriptive.

Being gay doesn't mean you're forbidden from finding the opposite gender attractive, but rather it describes what you're usually attracted to. Similar goes for being straight. Finding the same sex attractive (or a trans person) in no way alters your sexuality, just the word you might use to describe it.
