When they're quiet most of the time. I'm gonna break some perceptions about the typical quiet kid, and enlighten on how quiet people are much more accepting and fulfilling, for lack of a better word. And as a bonus, if someone lets you lean on their shoulder as you sleep out a long bus ride, they're definitely in my good books. Can say with experience.

Why? First it just looks so dumb. Second I always hear, from people in prison, that when someone wears their pants low like that it means that they are saying they take anal.
