It depends on the kind of French fries I’m eating.

If they’re the super thin cut like McDonald’s, I’ll eat them 2 at a time dipped in ranch or barbecue.

Curly fries (if seasoned) I’ll eat one at a time no sauce.

Thicker cut fries (steak, crinkle, etc) one at a time with sauce. Sauce can change depending on if fries are seasoned or not.

That it’s my family’s fault and I’m a helpless victim who can’t be trusted. Like seriously, I can accept responsibility and you need to leave them out of this, you don’t know them and you definitely don’t know my life or how much they love and care for me just because you read a book and think you can shove everyone in the same box.

Personally it's either

Herb and cheese bread with chicken and bacon melt with shredded mozzarella and cheddar toasted and with lettuce, tomato, red onion, spinach, jalapenos, sweetcorn with lots of Caesar sauce

Or

Herb and cheese bread chicken tikka with shredded mozzarella and cheddar toasted and with lettuce, tomato, red onion, spinach, jalapenos, sweetcorn, peppers and gherkins with lots of southwest sauce

Like something is gripping your heart. Your chest feels tight, sometimes to the point of a sharp pain. Can't control your breathing. Hyperventilating or not breathing at all, or at least the sensation that you can't breathe. Heavy, rapid heart rate. Sweating. Cold fingers/hands. It's like opening a shaken up bottle of soda, and it's uncontrollably spilling everywhere, and you can't get the cap back on, and even if you do there's already such a mess to clean up. And then instead of helping you clean up the mess, people ask why you made the mess and tell you how easy it is to open bottles without having them spill.
