Basically the exact map of my house, but backwards, didn't make it to the 'monster' or whatever because my reflection jumpscared me and I genuinely wanted to scream when I woke up

If you also have bipolar II like I do apparently it causes symptoms similar to ADHD. I have both but was originally only diagnosed with Bipolar II, it was later that my doctor realized I had ADHD too. Since getting meds for that I've had much better mental health.

It really somewhat depends on the dynamics of the relationship (then and now). But, generically, if they are trying to get you to engage in behaviors you not longer find interesting or acceptable, something along the lines of “I’ve changed a lot since you last knew me and no longer do (fill in the blank)”.
