Create an artwork or do a craft of some kind, something where a physical object will result at the end. Then do it again, either the same type of project or a different one.

Mustering the courage to tell my parents that I'm miserable, depressed, etc and I hate my university course. Got sent to the doctor, then I was shipped to a mental hospital, a lot of pills and therapy later I'm ok. I found I absolutely LOVE Air Con and Refrigeration Systems, so I started my small company that's fortunately going well. So yea, dropping out to find my passion for..Fridge stuff.

Take it one day at a time and focus on things that bring you joy. It won't happen overnight, but it's possible.
