I started using a golf scorecard holder 2 years ago. I don’t utilize it as a full on wallet but it has all the pockets needed to do so. Mine is all leather and has held up really well for 2 years. Carries a 3x5 notebook in it with additional pockets and a pen holder. Fits in your back pocket and can be sat on with ruining the notebook. Amazon and other places sell much cheaper versions of you want to try them out and see how it goes. Not sure on the BIFL of the cheaper options, but I went with a cheap version to see if I would like it first. Then went to a more BIFL option after I found what I liked
