I agree with her take on the color scheme.

Thanks! My mom likes to go with the colorful approach instead of the pinterest white nonsense ;)

Considering how broke my parents were when they got married, I seriously doubt it. But they've taken good care of it ;)

Looks great to me. And with some time and energy you can take each branch and straighten out the needles and even weave new ones to make it thicker. I did that to ours and it looks great. Cheers!

Lol, it's on a pedestal because the base sort of failed and i had to rescue my mom from under it. No moms were harmed and we laughed so much that day.

I have a pendleton wool that is probably 75-100 years old. Still perfect.

Thanks! I mean, it doesn't look full and fluffy like new ones do, but it has a lot of sentimental value to us!!

You should've seen how tiny it was when they got it!

I sweat a lot so that could help me a lot, but Im wondering what they do to achieve this? Doesnt sound like that is normal? Like unhealthy for the skin unnormal

It’s great if you want the “look” of the brand at a lesser price, but terrible if you’re looking for BIFL!

Reply to 2016 Toyota Sienna 83k miles by MichGuy0
I’d check if / when some of the more expensive routine things were replaced: (1) tires, (2) transmission fluid, (3) differential fluid , (4) brake fluid, (5) timing chain/belt, (6) brake rotors, (7) struts/ shocks. The more of those that have been serviced, the less you’ll have. If none of those have been, you could be looking at a mountain of maintenance expense considering the mileage is right on the edge of when those things will be necessary.

The vast majority is suspension related and is an easy DIY as long as the car isn't from the rust belt

I have a paring knife by them and it’s amazing. But I’ll admit I’m always worried about it. It’s beautiful and sharp but needs to be sharpened very carefully.

Also, if they have PayPal as an option for checking out, that has a "split payment" option. Not sure if it would achieve what you're looking for.

Are the 40k Siennas in your price range? I feel there’s a ton of maintenance once these cars hit 100k mileage

I could be missing the point, but how are y’all destroying through your splatter screens through regular use? Just use a lid?
