I have mudlites on the front of mine, they work very well even in the snow. Great value.

I got 9,000 miles and 18000+ hours on my 2001 450. No idea what the previous owner was doing with it. Runs flawlessly.

I have a Tumi bag for 10+ years of daily use, and it still looks perfect. Almost no wear.

My 02 sportsman was pretty solid but the axle boots would always get torn and there were not enough grease fittings. After we added some grease fittings and put in boot guards there were no major repairs needed.

I wouldn't mind having an '01 Rancher, and an '01 Civic. Those were the days.

You’re telling me you DIDN’T put a loud exhaust on it and drive around the neighbourhood like a man child?

Wiss scissors rock. The scissors nowadays are shit, they’re made in China & there’s no care in making them like the old days.

Can confirm they are not BIFL in those conditions! I think the family record was about 30000 miles before becoming beyond repair. That's an estimate, as the speedos would break before then.
Talk about having a hard life mind...

Try for a SEBO Auto X7 instead, since it’s a lot more compact and can work on plush carpets. If you’re looking for an immediate fix for your Airbelt E3, you can try this.

I use second hand plastic barrels/drums. They come in 200/220 litre size (40 gallon?) as the easy to search for one, but also in sizes right down to ~20 litres. Both screw top and lock ring, but it's very "what's in stock" where I live. I search online then look for "other items from this seller" if they're on ebay etc, or just browse the website.
Barrels tend to be rotomoulded and thick walled, so sturdy. Depending on what the contents was you may end up with "infused with the aroma of olive oil" or whatever the first year or two. But there have always been 'clean' options when I've bought, just the smally ones are cheaper :)
Sellers like this: https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-seller/Drum/1021976616/date/1
Also, might be worth looking at "molecular sieves" if you want to keep the contents dry, they're the modern version of reusable silica crystals.

They seem to be pricey now. I’m Hoping to pick one up when prices get lower.
I wonder how they compare to sport quads which is all I have experience with.

I reuse screw-top containers. Costco mixed nuts and snacks come in smallish plastic containers that can hold about 3lb of pinto beans. Costco animal cracker containers are bigger...two of them will hold a 25lb bag of rice. Those mixed nuts containers are useful for storing nuts and bolts in the garage, too.

Lock Lock makes great containers for bulk storage of dry goods. Here's an example of the containers they sell, you can also look around on their Amazon store for more options.

I had a 2007 foreman 500 with 28,000 trouble free miles did nothing but oil changes every six months, brakes and tires . Sold it a couple of years ago for $1,200. Last I herd it was still going
Now I have a 2013 500 I bought 3 years ago for $3000. it only has 2600 miles . I relocated , and don’t ride as much as I used to will get another 12-15 years out of it no problem.
Honda ATVs are an outstanding value especially if you live in a rural part of the county where they are allowed on secondary roads .
