I used a Casio MTP-1095 for 12 years. My wife gave me a Casio MTP-1374 in my birthday and the previous watch is stored in a box and still works.

You want a bridle leather belt. Full stop.
Carmine Jack has an excellent custom belt box. He sends you leather and metal color samples with a measuring tape.
You pick the color combo and sizing, then he makes the belt and sends it to you. ~$160 and it’s the nicest, most durable belt I’ve ever seen.

My Oral-B lasted a grand total of 2 years before battery died :(

I have 5 of them. You can be lucky or unlucky in how well the buckles grip. Apart from that, no complaint.
On balance I prefer the Arc'teryx Conveyor Belt (of which I have 3). If only the latter were available in a wider variety of colours.

I would suggest keeping the thermos in an insulated lunchbox or cooler. Should easily stay hot all day then.

Matching leather is nice. Not from the US, but Canada, Popov Leather makes belts with Horween Chromexel, which many shoes use. I have one and like it a lot. https://www.popovleather.com/collections/leather-belts

The design may be the same. The build quality is just a bit lower as a rule. Japanese Zojirushi appliances routinely last for decades. You can pass them down to your kids. The non-Japanese made items are still good, they’re just not made to last forever the way the older Japanese ones are.

Man just go to a fabric store, buy some webbing (that's what the fabric is called), 2 D-rings (that's what the metal is called) and a needle and thread and you could make that for like $10. Hell I could whip that up in five minutes with my sewing machine.

Why? China has wonderful products comparable or even exceeding those of other countries? Have a lot of wonderful Chinese products.
Edit: just bought one. You Yankees and your hatred of everything China is foolish.

I have a lot of Fjallraven clothes, and my spouse has a Fjallraven backpack. Definitely holding up well. Plus they offer a lifetime warranty if you have a receipt and bought it from an authorized seller.

Gas? Electric? Wall or stove combo? With cooktop or just oven?
And most importantly are you doing a remodel and if not, what width? I ask this because most of your real BIFL ovens will not be in the US 30" standard format.
imho you don't want commercial as that might require special permits and possibly some extra hardware (hoods, halon). The easy first filter is "pro-quality" not commercial.

I work outside in the cold a lot of the time. Anyone know if they keep stuff hot for a while even if it’s around 30F?

He's just using it daily, taking out stuff like keys or phone so after a while belt or zip breaks.

MSRP: manufacturer's suggested retail price from the Zojirushi site.
Retailers discount. All of these are much less expensive in Asia, so there may be some 3rd party imports undercutting Zojirushi US or Zojirushi EU.

Awesome this is the info I was hoping for. Are the ones listed on Amazon the same? They’re cheaper didn’t know if there is a difference.

Gas, stove combo with cooktop. No remodel just a 30" standard. We have a hood if that helps? Thanks for the advice
