Nice redirection. Again, you have two sources to visit, concentrate on that vice trying to triple down on being right. Since you like to type, replicate your post on /r/malefashionadvice and get the best advice. Or don't. I'm not your boss. And if you want the longest life in woolens, you should not be asking about Merino

  1. Merino wool has a tensile strength of 30-40 N/ktex
  2. Alpaca wool has a tensile strength of 50 N/ktex
  3. Vicuña wool has a tensile strength of 40-64 N/ktex

I bought a metal ikea bedframe when I left uni and I still have it nearly 20 yrs later. I’ve never seen a reason to replace it. I had to use a staplegun to reapply the fabric to the slats other than that it’s been fine all these years and five houses later.

Inov8 Rocklite Pro with graphene soles if you want synthetic

Zamberlan Tofane GTX if you want leather.

That’s what I chose for comfort l, performance and durability for the hills of Wales and Scotland.

The leather will last longest if you look after it.

Keep in mind that many “waterproof” jackets will use glue as well as stitching. This is because the glue acts as a sealant so the water doesn’t come in through the holes were the thread is stitched.

I’m guessing that what you are really trying to find are jackets that stitch every seam, rather than jackets that don’t use any glue.

Just bought a Cabin Max Adv Pro 42l, seems to fit all your requirments and is made in the UK. Haven't tested it out in anger, but it seems very well made so far.

Much cheaper than Aer / peak designs too

No foot wear is bifl, and that’s double true for cushioned comfortable footwear.

Hoka is known for being very cushioned, but yeah it’s the standard 300 miles or so.

I’ve looked at a lot of merino dress shirts and don’t recall seeing any with elastene. Not to say their not out there though. You might check out Seagale. They do have some technical dress shirts as well as merino options. Don’t think they have a stretch merino option though.

For sneakers some of the most comfortable shoes I've worn are Adidas boosts (ultraboost, yeezy 350, yeezy 700v1). They're so comfortable and fit me well even though I also have wider feet. But I would definitely reccomend trying them on before buying.
