For comfort, I try to keep the heels at an inch or so. Anything higher, regardless of style, pushes your weight forward, which is the pain point. Maybe one of these will strike your fancy: https://fabfitfun.com/magazine/one-inch-heels-wont-hurt-feet/

Look for ceramic plates that are removable too. We have a Cuisinart with these features and it’s a game changer.

When I worked at Best Buy (2008-2010), I bought my mom a new range and a TV. Both were open box, and she still uses both to this day.
The best time to buy an open box tv is January, that's when we'd get the new model year stuff and we had to move the old stuff out.

Change your detergent, as asked before what brand are you using. Never had a staining problem with ours going on 10 years.

That website seems sketchy to me. Have you ever bought anything from there?

Yep. Did all of that boss. We have had several loads that the detergent has left clothes stained.

Did you read your owners manual?, detergent in the bottom of the washer, fabric softener on top of agitator, bleach into the slot on front left.
https://speedqueen.com/products/top-load-washers/tr7003wn/
As we found on our Speed Queen, don't over use the detergent, and use an HE detergent at the amount recommended. don't overload, about 16 lbs roughly 1/2 load.

Thanks for the link, it's very informative. I'm saving this link for when I remodel my kitchen.

I’ve heard great things about the ll bean down comforter but haven’t pulled the trigger cause of the price point.

Back when Maytag made good stuff. Their stuff today isnt worth the gas it takes to bring one home.

What’s the power usage?
My grandma had a fridge that she loved that was about 50 years old. When it finally gave up the ghost, her electricity bill halved.

I have a dyson fan and they will replace it if it ever gets screwed up. That's why I bought it. I've had them replace it once FOR FREE

I use a Harry's for my legs ... shhh. ;p Just the razor blade and extra head is $9 if you can find them locally. If not, harrys.com + shipping. I also don't believe in a Pink Tax ;p

I recommend Pacific Coast for down anything. Agree, thread count isn’t important as you will have it in a duvet. Focus on the duvet for organic cotton regardless of from where.

(1) the outer cover of the duvet itself isn’t that critical because you’ll want to use a duvet cover, (2) feathered friends is the highest quality down you can get short of eiderdown.

Ahh, I didn't know that. Though I bought some Egyptian cotton sheets. They are thick and silky. That is mainly what I am looking for.
