That’s sounds like one of those “carrots help you see in the dark” rumors of war. Haha

Unfortunately my most local thrift stores are Goodwill and appear to be focusing on selling dollar store products and MalWart brand clothing. The few other charity shops succumbed to Covid. Im a dedicated thrifter and a thrift store road trip is a fun winter activity. A Rancillo espresso machine would be akin to a lottery win.

A rancillio Silvia is the rolls Royce of home espresso! These are like £500/ $600 to buy online, if you got this for $35 that’s the steal of the century

We use it twice a month to grate cheese for pizzas and once in a while for ground ham sandwiches.
Note: I know it's from 1970 because the date of manufacture is stamped under the lid.

That guy was a dick.

this. Surface rusting bolts still have pretty much all their strength. Use the tool until it breaks, then go get some new bolts.

I have a PID controlled Silvia that was made in 2000. It's basically the same as yours.

The chances you identify and find something sold at 3% of its mark at savers is pretty slim. Just go to your local thrift store, that’s all savers is.

Oh interesting, so if I was already a half size, ordering my normal size should be a little wider?

They do! Half sizes are specifically extra width

Birkenstocks. I have the slip on sandals but I think they have flip flop styles too. I’ve had mine since 2011 and just had to take them to get resoled like three years ago

The company at the link has an odd set of merchandise but they did send me the eyedroppers I ordered so they seem legit.

Doesn't look like they make wide sizes, bummer.

I am notorious for destroying shoes. I’m big and active. Most shoes last 6 months or so. Flip flops sometimes days. I did, however, have a pair of torchies for like two years. Roofed a house in them, flyfished, a month in Costa Rica where they got worn every single day. I will probably grab another pair for the summer.
