They’re so big… Mine is at most a third that big and I can never get it full before it starts stinking. Granted I live alone and I compost everything other than garlic, onion and orange peels…

Sure, but I thought it was cool that (with very little adjustments) they still sell the same bin, and I can still get parts for it.

We don't really use that radiator. And anyway, the bin closest to it is the plastic/can bin, nothing smelly in there.

Huh, I found it for less - but maybe because I'm closer to the source.

You wouldn't believe how long is spent measuring and reading the specs and measuring again, because it sounded too good to be true 🤣

Doesn't the radiator warm your bin up?
The bin juice must be something else.

I like my Anderson, the affordable house brand from NetOnNet sold in Norway and Sweden.
No electric kettel will be for life, but this one feels sturdy and is all metal inside and has temp control.

From life experience I know this kind of house brands is usually the same for many different chain stores, so you may find the same product with a different name somewhere else in the world.

I think your also missing the point that he was also able to repair it with a new lid after 35 years because the company still makes it.

Thank you! OMG, I've been looking for these for ages to replace my favorite towel (that's now long on the tooth and without labels as clues).
The rough exfoliating texture is so much more satisfying than fluffy terry that absorb badly and never dry.
You have my gratitude, internet friend!

I had a friend go off registry for those as a wedding gift eight years ago and the ones I registered for are now dog towels while these are still rich and fluffy.
