I had an old G-Shock watch in a fishbowl in my college dorm room. The fish didn't mind and the glass had a magnifying effect that made it easier to read.

More modern methods now, you can still do a 1 off fit but they just go off of measurements. They'll also do a fit consultation based off your other boots or send you a try on pair.

You could get the Casio world time. That watch can pretty much do it all.

I have a G-Shock G-lide from 25 years ago. Still wear it to this day. Had a few watch collectors offer me money for it. Will never sell it. Too many memories.

I have the Globe edition g shock with the natural rubber band. It's been on my wrist every day for the last 11 years and it's had an incredibly hard life and I love it. If anyone knows what bezel to use as a replacement let me know. I found a strap that worked with it through some Triston Trial and error, but not a bezel. This thing's got some funky design to the strap and bezel.

When I was in the Navy around 2001/2002 my buddy had one of these G-Shock watches and I had like a Ironman or something and I bet him that mine was more durable than his (you get bored in the Navy at times and look for anything to entertain yourself)
So anyway we went to the top of the ship and tossed them down about 100-150ft onto the focsle (front part of the ship) and suffice to say that I lost the bet. It's hard to make out but mine (right) completely shattered and his G-Shock (left) was totally fine like nothing had happened.

Ya, the academy brand.
I've got shirts from them that hold up as good or better than serious outdoor brands at a third of the cost. They're basically a Columbia dupe at this point.
Same honestly goes for their coolers, rods, and chairs.

We got a call a lady died in her tub hadn't been found for about a week. Later I asked the coroner what the scene was like. His answer......soup.

The entire G-SHOCK line is ruggedized, and they have a number of distinct feature sets and colorways. I had one that tracked tides for some reason. I have the one pictured now, and love it. It's my favorite watch for going camping with.
