I have Thermador(bosch rebadge). They have been working great for 12+ years. Unfortunately the racks have started to rust. Thermador charges $300 for new racks.

I wish speed queen would make a better looking set. I’ve actually been thinking of modifying speed queen to look more modern, but keep all the functional bits the same. If anyone wants to steal my idea, you could become the Carroll Shelby of washing machines.

(I've posted this a couple times people have asked about sofas.)
Not sure how you feel about Ikea, but we've had an Ikea Ektorp for 7 years and it's awesome.
We have a basic 3-seat one, but a friend has the corner sectional one and loves it as well.
We've had it for 7 years now, and our son (teenage, 6'4", 225lb) sleeps on it probably 50% of the time (by choice - he says it super comfy). His friends have slept on it loads as well, and my husband is asleep on it now. No squeaks, breaks, anything.
We have 3 identical slip covers we rotate through - it's recommended you line dry them, so we do, but they're super low maintenance. (We did Scotchgard them, which I also recommend.)
We also have 4 cats, 2 of whom are assholes and puke on the couch every couple weeks - comes right up with just water+ vinegar and a rag.
I know it sounds like I'm a shill for Ikea, but I honestly just love the couch that much.

Someone told me they saw a ladys body who committed suicide by jumping in a well, when the body was removed from water they skin came off in sheets and i thought he had lied for dramatic effect. Nice to know he was truthful

You can replace the bowl. The battery one the other hand is soldered in.

This happened to me too after maybe 2-3 years. Also a yeti convert. I will probably lose my yeti before it dies. My only complaint is that stopped making the old style lids and you have to buy a chug lid if you want a loop.

If that is the same as the square body I Have, it also sets the time off of the atomic clock on each continent!
Edit: can’t read. You mentioned that; sorry 😂

This is the best watch I've ever owned.
As someone who treats equipment rough, I can attest to how awesome this timepiece is.
I've fallen down a mountain snowboarding with this thing. I've worn it landscaping and renovating houses. It's been with me snorkeling underwater in kelp forests.
It's got the toughness of a g shock without the bulk and I never have to change batteries. Whoever thought to make it solar powered is a genius.
I don't think you can kill this watch unless you set out intentionally to do so. And if you succeed, I'd wager you weren't wearing when you did.

Casios last way to flippin long. I got tired of the one I wore during Desert Storm so 15 years later I donated it. Then it felt like something was missing so I had to go get another one.

I've tried several of their styles. They're unfortunately Walmart quality in my experience.

I had the ladies Crocs once. They lasted a good while (longer than any other nonslip shoe) but I always rolled my ankles in them.

I really like my Whites. I found them on clearance for $110 one time and even though I had other boots I liked, I bought them on my dads reccomendation. My dad wore 2 pairs of Whites the entire time he was a millwright electrician (his feet grew so he had to get a new pair). Each has been resoled at least 3 times.

That's awesome, but probably depends on where you're located - I doubt they offer anything remotely like that here in Europe.

I have a pair of Casio G-SHOCK also solar powered that I’ve had since 2010 and it’s still going strong. It’s an analog watch with digital background. Don’t know what it’s called.
