Try Stellar. Specifically the 7000 series draining saucepans, they match what you are asking for (beware not all the range has the draining lids, check this first). I have only used them for a couple of years at home but I really like them and they seem to be great quality, solid. The Rocktanium non stick pans are also great. I’m no expert on the toxicity of nonstick coatings but the rocktanium coating is much more durable that Teflon coatings, mine still look brand new.

The only trouble is they are a UK brand, you cannot buy direct to Denmark from their website it seems, but hopefully you can find an outlet that will. In UK they are available on Amazon so hopefully you have choices.

They also have a griddle pan for pancakes… also available in nonstick

Yeah that’s one thing that’s really frustrating about KitchenAid in recent years is they aren’t really straightforward about which models are built better than others. Unless you get the biggest pro model, you’re getting a small, not very powerful motor.

The “Professional” 500 has a 475W motor, versus the Pro-Line 7qt which has a 1.3HP (970W equivalent) motor. The motor in the Pro 7qt is not only more powerful, but it’s built different electronically.

There’s no luggage manufacturer that’ll do quick returns or exchanges. I’m not saying to bring the backup with you. I’m saying if your travel needs are greater than six days to bring a carryon and checked luggage. Depending on who your travel with (airline) you should have status and get free checked luggage for your first 2 checked bags. Have the backups at home. This way you minimize downtime. If you’re saying you don’t have extra space in your home for additional luggage then you’re sol. I keep my spares inside of other luggage (overnight bag inside of carryon and carryon inside of checked bag).
