The real catch here is ANY of these that aren't pure 20¢ Chinesium will last forever, because you don't exactly have a forest's worth of hair in your nose, nor would you need to go logging in them woods on a daily basis.
If you only have to use it 10-20x a year, for 1 minute, obviously it's going to outlast a pair of clippers shaving whole heads 50 times a day at a barbers, getting turned on and off frequently to change guards and lengths, at that.
An extremely high quality set of hair trimmers may be BIFL even used 6-10 hours 6 days a week, but any will work indefinitely if you use them once a year to shave your head bald for cancer awareness and seldom else.

Be careful not to cut yourself on all that edge.™

Once the blades get dull, it just pulls the hair out of your nose. Not BIFL unless your life expectancy is low or your pain threshold is high.

I feel the same about the Hoka's. My issue with the Doc Martens is there was no half sizes so I sized up and just always felt too big. I still have a pair from many years ago I wore often and recently bought a pair at a thrift store which looked brand new which I will try out.

Still have a pair of cherry red 1460's I purchased in 91. Made in England of course. They are still technically wearable, but I don't. Sole has gotten a bit hard.

Suunto is just a great finnish brand. I have one of their sighting compasses and only had it for 3 years but can tell it’ll last for life.

There’s a rose anvil video comparing the 2 boots. The construction is indeed better on the solovairs. It doesn’t mean people won’t have issues though.

They are melted on and the welt is fake. it can be done. I’ve definitely seen videos, but from what I’ve read most cobblers won’t do it.

As a scuba diver I'm really careful about the o ring because the back really could be compromised. That's why G-Shock watches make it so hard to replace the battery and all you need for a Core is a nickel. Keep the oring clean and make sure it's not nicked or dry. If needed, a little silicon oil but wipe all the excess off. Good luck!

I'm not a hairy man in most areas, but my nose and my ass have been hairy jungles every since puberty. I've had to trim my nose hairs every ~2 weeks since I was 15.
