A hand-me-down cable knit cardigan that my mom loaned me on a chilly day in 2012. She’s been wearing it regularly since the mid 80s.

Hamilton Beach made great appliances.

You need to pipe down. Everyone knows if you say something nice about your appliances, they will break down. If you say something bad, they will break down. Never talk about your appliances.

1977 wedding? Even at like 20 years old then, you’d be like 66 now. And you know how to use Reddit? Wow, seriously I am impressed.

Reply to WIRED computer mouse. I'm particularly interested in one with a cable that will not fray. They seem to fray very shortly after I get them. I want the cable to be like a quarter of an inch thick. I don't care if the thing weighs 5 lbs. My budget is $200. by TheJawsofIce
The Logitech G502. it’s been around for years and is good quality. I have had one (the hero) for 2 years that I use everyday. I use it multiple hours a day and it looks and works like it’s brand new. It’s a “gaming” mouse, and looks like it. But it’s solid and can usually be found for decently cheap, sub ~$40.

You can check the model online to confirm safety. I have this one and the smaller unit. Both are safe.

It's a 2005 Chevy Cobalt. It was the one that had a recall on the ignition switch ( which caused a couple deaths) and I did have a very scary moment once lol, where the car turned off while I was merging onto the highway. But, it had a dozen recalls since I've owned it, replacing several parts for free at dealers. Overall I've been very happy with it, it's traveled with me on many life adventures.

That canvas…that stuff was so freaking thick.
I’d bet if you got ahold of another and waxed it, it would truly last forever
