Some of the hiking pants are pretty hard to tell from just casual pants. Kuhl is a good one for that category with lighter fabrics. You might also look at things sold more as travel pants, like Eddie Bauer. I'm sure someone will recommend lightweight "tacticool" pants, but those are not really any cooler than jeans to me and likely not appropriate for an office job. Some of Dickie's stuff is lighter. Not the most stylish and the durability is variable. Uniqlo might also work as being slightly more durable than your average mall store, but don't expect to do hard labour in them. More offbeat suggestion - Utilikilt. There are also some other good sport kilt makers out there, but very much if it seems too cheap to be true, it probably is.

It looks like it’s mounted under the cabinet so it’s taking space that would otherwise be empty…pic makes it difficult to see

Cotton or cotton blend khakis are much more comfortable than jeans in the summer.
I always got them from Gap or Old Navy and they would last maybe 5 years.

Yeah. I wish they evolved it. It's so iconic. It's the Finish Square, if you get my meaning.

Wowww, brings back memories.
I forgot my Mom used to have one of these things and I always loved to fill the water as a kid because that reservoir was so cool to load and unload.

Have one of these and use it for backpacking, but I hate how fast it runs through batteries. Wish they made a solar version.

I had a Mr Coffee coffee maker and another separately expresso maker that both broke at nearly the same time after about six years.

Orvis makes some delightful lightweight pants. I guess they're technically hiking pants, but they're super comfy and don't have all the cargo pockets and extra zippers that some hiking pants have.

That’s crazy. Here’s a great video that gave me the urge to comment that they shouldn’t fail.
How did it fail? Did the heat element stop, or was it a leak?

There are no comfortable pants in the sun. Jeans is all I wear during the summer.

They are the only brand of boxers I wear personally.
I tried Saxx which are similar didn’t like them as much. Tried some of the MyPackage boxer briefs (former name of Bn3th). And liked them, they were cheaper too.
Been wearing them ever since. I am still trying to find what style/fabric I like the most. So far the basic cotton ones are my go to.

I think this is one of those MDF sheets painted to look like stone. And then clear coat epoxy on top.
There is a bunch of YouTube videos of people making these.

Not homeschooled but my family had one of these growing up. I can hear this image and smell the shavings in the drawer.

My mom used the same Bunn coffee maker for 30 years. I bought one when I got my first job and it failed in 6 months.

The large plastic like gear in these disintegrates, so not really a buy it for life. Unless you have a 3d printer, in which case there are free models online to print a replacement.

Reply to Anyone remember when Doc’s were still being made in England? I bought these in the mid 90’s I think. Is the quality still any good? by Unhallowedhopes
My GF has Docs from the factory in Nottingham. They cost about £15 more than the standard.(£200ish IIRC) One quick way to tell the difference is the leather strip that covers the back vertical seam is uncoloured on the edge. The others have the edge dyed black. She also has a 24holed embroidered foreign pair and a brand new nubuck steel toe capped pair she is currently breaking in on an Azerbaijan oil rig manufacturing site….does anyone remember the Alexei Sayle song that declares the retail price of £19.99??..@1984
