But they don't keep you as warm as Mucks. Bean boots are for throwing on when you're running to the store. Mucks are for work.

I usually get holes in the sides where the boot creases when walking. They usually last several years if I clean them after use. I build water and wastewater treatment plants, so they see both sewage and concrete. I haven’t found anything else that even comes close to the quality and comfort of Muck. The price is getting pretty high though.

I’d reconsider gas appliances these days. I believe some states are even banning them in new homes, they’re on their way out for health and safety reasons.
I’d recommend induction which is better IMO anyway.

So Chelsea boots. There are hundreds of makers of Cheleas boots at hundreds of price points. Google goodyear welted Chelsea boots and pick the ones that meet your price point/look desires as we can't do this for you. Goodyear welted is the BIFL construction type.

Sunbrella or another brand of outdoor performance fabric should be used for all seating upholstry if you want them to last more than a season or two. Sunbrella is as close to bifl as fabric gets, imo. I have white Sunbrella cushions that have lasted for years and still look almost new.
Overstock and Wayfair both sell Sunbrella outdoor cushions and pillows if you cannot find them in your area.

Your question lacks depth and you need to research this topic much more.
You don't buy on brand per se. The term gas range means many things to many people. There are gas cooktops. There are gas stoves. There are gas double oven stoves. There are gas double convection ovens. There are La Cornue Château Series gas stoves which cost more than $100,000.
As a form factor, a gas cooktop and oven are kid simple BIFL items intrinsically. A $50 yard sale item will function just as long as a $13,000 Wolf stove, the kicker is we don't know any of your use case items which are many: budget, oven amount/size/form factor, size, griddle need, grill need, downdraft vent need, color, and many other things.
So for anyone to give you a brand name will be a disservice without you asking a more specific question.

Just ordered my my Polywood set this week! OP, I recommend going to their website to find dealers with the product on display. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the curve back seats on their own without cushions.

Polywood hands down. We have had a set for a few years now in the Boston area and no issues at all after leaving it in all kinds of weather. Whatever you end up getting, just don’t get anything black since it will get really hot under the sun.

Reply to comment by ZestycloseJob4547 in SPEED QUEEN WASHERS; Are they worth it? Which model would be recommended for a large family, which does multiple loads of laundry a day. Doesn’t have to be fancy. It seems people choose SQ for their reliably, and quality, not because of the bells and whistles, or lack thereof… Thanks for any input!! by KaiBaird
Ntot sure, I have a queen, but I have never had any problem. Speed Queens are full fill, while most others are half full machines.

You'd need to degrease it first, then yes. But I personally prefer media blasting on cast iron

Ah sorry. I'd like boots with elastic sides and I plan to use them for daily use, for work, for working about town, an occasional bush walk.

Define 'everyday'
Presume you mean just for walking about town, going to work, etc. Or do you want something that also holds up to the rigours of a dog walk etc.
Do you want something slip on, or with laces etc.

We bought a Kenwood Chef mixer in 2013, and use it mainly for kneading pasta dough, which is about as much abuse as you can dish out to a mixer. It is still going strong after a decade. It definitely has metal gears. Whether or not they still do, I don't know, but I thought you'd appreciate another brand to research. Not sure how easy they are to find outside of the UK either.
Edit: The only downside of our mixer is the amount of noise it makes.

Nope. I used them multiple times a week from about age 12 to 23 and, while they are very good and outlast many other brands, they still only lasted 3yrs tops. Then again, I've been extremely active.

From the photo, it looks like OP’s boots may be showing fatigue to the top of the toe box already because a lighter patch about where the boot flexes is apparent on both.
