You’re right, I try to offer advice if I can for film related things. But I also do share my lab quite a bit. I’m not a bot or anything though, and I do attempt to help the community whenever possible. I’m sorry if I offended you or anything, it is not my intention to be seen as a spammer or nuisance.

Backstory: I was getting tired of these electric can openers that keep breaking after a year and taking up counter space and wanted to find the can openers my parents have used for 25 years, the ones that mount under the counter. Black and Decker Spacemakers. This lead me to stumble upon the fact that GE sold their small appliances division to Black and Decker in the early 1980's and before that they made this can opener with a similar model number in the USA, and found one on ebay for far less money than these typically go for in basically new condition. I didn't buy this to admire it, I bought it to use it, and will be installing it this weekend. It cost me far less than it should have for what I got, in my opinion.

The model number is EC60, just like the Black and Deckers that replaced them later in the 80's and into the 90's.

That’s an interesting looking book.

I had one of those UV-5Rs somewhere but it’s gotten lost in several moves. I should see if I can find it again. That book looks like it could be more useful than the user guide that came with the radio
