Start a LinkedIn and look for recruiters at firms like Robert Half or Aerotek and they'll do the hunting for you

I've heard that back in the day when companies like Waste Management tried to come into CT their employees where chased and harassed by the people who were already here. Like pull the drivers out of the truck and beat them harassed. I work in the industry and no place I've worked is like that anymore.

You seem to be just downvoting all the helpful replies. Not many jobs will be easier than teaching tbh, I can't think of a single other one that gives you an entire season off each year

The easiest way (without a job specific degree like nursing) just like it probably was 15 years ago is to know someone or have that networking connection. Ask your friends who have jobs what they do, do they like it, are there openings or a referral program, etc.

Have you tried starting a business first? Rather than leave the profession right away, you could take a risk of starting something you enjoy doing while still employed and if it does will you could make the transition then.
