See the issue is, when someone is breaking into your car, they don't notify you first what they're after. You're absolutely right, but the fact that these kids know they won't be prosecuted is also part of the cause. Of course poor kids are going to go out robbing cars, high reward, effectively zero risk. It's frustrating when the police can't do anything to stop the robberies, and if a citizen tries to stop it, the police arrest them and lock them up, while the theives get let go immediately.

Poverty isn't going away, it's just increasing. The state needs to get this under control before it gets worse. Kids are already shooting at people who spot them. Someone is going to end up dead.

I've never tried Frontier but I have downgraded my Comcast to internet only. And I downgraded all the way down to 75 Mbps! And I'm happy to say, I really didn't need 800 Mbps! I have no issues with my internet and I stream movies and game.

Just a suggestion, if you are looking to lower your bill, I would consider at least going down to 200 Mbps and see if that works for you. You can always go back up if you run into any issues, but you might be surprised.

Find a traffic ticket lawyer local to IN to at least drop it down to a parking ticket or something. Even with the lawyer fees, still cheaper in the long run than dealing with insurance going up, points on your license, etc.
