Good schools, easy access to the airport and 91 (if you like to go to VT), charming setting, lots of good hiking opportunities.

The only negative I've heard about the town is that it covers a big area - so while parts of granby are reasonably accessible to Hartford/Springfield, others are more distant and remote. That may be a good thing or a bad thing depending upon your perspective.

Thank you. Yes, this is the primary site where I got the rates (I also looked at others). I got an offer in the mail yesterday from Constellation for a $75 gift card (code OFFERFR8), but I’m more interested in the rate than other incentives.

We don’t know where we will go I work remote but wife does not and family is down here as well sooooo the travel will cause us most likely to not go to those areas. But we do have everything else and depending on the house most likely we’ll probably do less than 20% holding money for repairs that could cost us at least 30K

Not a fan of those republicans, but that is what every proposed bill always looks like. Proposed bills are filed by individual lawmakers, not by committees. Committee Bills are what actually become law, but it is normal for them to be based on the barebones concepts that are in proposed bills.
