Once a week to nyc is Fairfield county imo. Sure you could go further but with that frequency, you want to be at most 1.5 hours away

Wear you. I wore a Stetson short-brimmed fedora through most of the 90s. People, mostly my children, joked about my old man hat but it kept my bald head warm.
You're from Texas so I probably don't need to tell you to take it off indoors, especially in theatres.

Yes, wholesome is how I would describe him- very nice guy. He did some work for me way back when he opened his prior location about 10-12 years ago and made a solid impression.

They've got to find a way to better accommodate the exit ramps from some of the major highways onto Merritt.

Those suburbs either have far more density than Stamford or they sit between 2 major destination on an existing route.
Regardless of terminology, it's about density.

No one cares. It’s not like the south where people stop and talk to you. I literally wear a bra over my shirt and use a towel as a cape out in public sometimes. No one bats an eye

I've always been partial to the tricorn hat. That's always a classic.
