Guy who built it is co-chief of world's largest hedge fund, I'm learning, so that may be correct. However, one man's tax shelter could be beneficial to the public, I guess?

Insurance doesn't follow the person it follows the vehicle. It's likely that if the vehicle was stolen, it would have been reported to the owners insurance. They may have some more context on how to pursue.

Source: I'm a claims adjuster who handles theft/fire claims.

The plate # was reported stolen from the police data base when I told them it at the scene. no one knows who was driving or I would have gone after their insurance/ sued civilly

Why not report it to your insurance carrier? We have resources to be able to search plates and registration, as well as locating their insurance.

Also, how do we know that the vehicle is stolen? There's some awful drivers in Connecticut.

Orchard Hill Bakery in Riverton is such a great spot! We are obsessed with Joan’s Sourdough.

Also, Norbrook Brewery in Colebrook is just a few minutes away and they have a lovely property with trails (cross country skiing, mountain biking and hiking) along with a disc golf course (seasonal). They also make pizza! It’s cozy with board games inside and they sometimes have live music.

In Norfolk there is a music venue (Infinity) which has been “dormant” but recently they have been booking shows again. If you see something booked that you might like to see it’s a beautiful little venue.

Noujaims in Winsted is one of our favorite local places to eat. George just won 2023 experts choice for Mediterranean in CT Mags best restaurants.

I think the point is RCV would allow for legitimate 3rd (and 4th and 5th) choices that would benefit everyone. There are plenty of Democratic voters, for example, that would be interested in voting for a different, perhaps even more liberal candidate if it didn't mean implicitly supporting the nominated Republican.
