I have years of experience as foster parent/foster-to-adopt parents with CT DCF. If you are dealing with DCF in the same capacity, just know that patient is necessarily. The agency is very dysfunctional and extremely slow and exceptionally frustrating to deal with. Our impression over the years is that the agency simply does not care about placing children. I could go on for days about this....

It helps to know where you are located but I use members first FCU in wallingford. I started with them because my dealership connected me to them for a 2.9% used car loan back in 2016 and I've stuck with them since with really nice service.

I live alone in a 600sqft one bedroom and my electric bill is about $50 a month now that rates habe gone up again. I do have a small full size fridge and don't use the oven often. It is still expensive for 1 small light, a Tv for four hours a day, a phone, a tablet and a microwave.
