ask for reconciliation with full copies of the invoice. You want copies of the full invoice. full stop. it is what any court would agree is reasonable if the landlord is expecting you to pay a portion. there is always ways to get copies of bills don't let them say they threw them away - they can call the utility company if need be.

You have a couple of choices here - can you afford to move? no? then perhaps a frank discussion of what the utility bills really were, what you paid and what kind of reconcilatio process can be done to make things even.

if you can afford to move, don't pay another dime towards the electric bill and let them TRY to evict you while you have the threat of fraud on them.

Judge won't take none too kindly and I believe there are strict statutes about not doing this in particular.

I should have split that sentence- my mistake. Dude was very adamant about his anti-bird stance. But there was also an issue with musical/human party noise carrying due to the water and the residents would complain. Like I stated, it was a weird meeting and I left knowing I wouldn’t be using their services.

Fairfield County could support a sports team. Connect it to the Metro North system and it would work out very well. Biggest issue here would be flights in/out for away teams, as they’d have to use a NY airport I’m guessing unless Tweed was workable.

Hartford County could not support a team nor is it viewed well by any league lol.

The curtains are deceiving though. The XL Center is a massive arena by minor league standards; it’s the sixth-largest arena by capacity in the AHL, and two of the top five are NHL arenas that AHL teams share. Even with the curtains down, attendance can be in the 6,000-7,000 range, which is great for a minor league team.

Plus, UConn recently opened their new hockey arena in Storrs, which has led to an increase in attendance for Wolf Pack games. Just last night attendance was over 6,700.
