I think net metering is a delivery thing which Eversource or UI handle by default. The others are strictly supply.
If you own the system, depending on its tier rating, it could/ should be covered by the OEM. Lower end systems do not have long or reliable warranties however. Do you know if the installing company was bought out or did they just go out of business? If they were acquired then the new company would have to assume those liabilities unless said liabilities were discharged in bankruptcy court.

We purchased the system with financing through the CT green bank. I think the problem is the other providers don’t support net metering.

Granted some stores will be better than others. When it comes to produce, other than apples and pears preserved in "sleeping chamber" warehouses all produce will be coming from southern states (mostly Florida and Texas), California and/ or from overseas this time of year.

People gave ideas of driving slowly to one of the stores for help.

I know when something like this happens you feel discouraged and people in public don’t want to help.
