You can find used telephone poles on FB Marketplace

That is what i was thinking. It's possible to estimate flow and pressure based on pump demand (current, etc), but you'd probably want to do so real testing and trending to understand the actual correlation. This is really the only shortcut around modeling every electrical and mechanical stage of the process, accounting for losses, variability, etc. Either way, it becomes a bit of a science project.

Right, it's pretty similar to my system. Coolant going into heat reservoir. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Is it possible to "guess" the flow/pressure just knowing the RPM and supplied power ?

I dunno if this will be good enough for your purposes, but a lot of the time when offices go out of business, they'll often sell off their cubicle partitions and stuff cheaply. Check Craigslist.

Pretty much this.
However, with it being a rental you may want to check that you are allowed to do it.
Good luck mate

Dude, just take the L.
You’ve been wrong. You are wrong. And you will always be wrong.

I seem to have missed that bit.
Shrinkable clay sub-soil may be the phrase you're struggling to recall, Mr foundation repair professional. It's probably not the problem. You should look up the word 'Professional' in a dictionary; it doesn't mean what you seem to think in this context.
Bye.

Unfortunately it’s not that hilly and that design wouldn’t work for my set up, but I appreciate the suggestion.

Is there any way you can just use the terrain? Like anchor it into the hill top and just, you know , start your zip a little further down?
Do you actually need an extra 12' of elevation?

On that broken screw, if you can get a needle nose locking pliers on it, you may be able to unscrew it. If you can't, use a Dremel type tool to cut a notch and then use a screwdriver to remove it. Use some type of spray loosening solvent, WD-40 or similar. Otherwise everything else is looking good, at least to me.

This one was built exactly in 1950!

Yeah I was thinking about that and I'm not sure the best approach. The screw in the top tab was long af.

Dig and bottle jack, then push it a tad too far the other way (but still within the realm of what works for your gate). Then brace low with 4x4s, remove bottle jack and make sure it has stopped settling before you pour the concrete. Maybe throw some rebar in there, it's cheap.
Mortar and concrete are fine for compression, but the makers may only have put rebar in the far side of that (if any). That means pushing on it might cause it to separate. That's why you should dig and bottle jack.

The stacked 2x12's would be stronger.

GFI is new to me, a outlet with ground with out a ground wire
good stuff
you need to go to a house built in 1950 to not have ground here, even then they have been wired with ground to the kitchen per code

2 or 3 2x12s laminated together and then oriented along the zipline path will be just as strong as a single 12" round pole.

VFD - frequency
VSD - voltage
