Next time I take my fiancée we’ll try that route, it sounds really fun lol. Most everyone recommends Williams Lake because the lake is super pretty and it’s an easier hike and quicker too because of the afternoon storms during June/July lol

They never do the Grand Canyon justice. It’s a very special place when you visit in person.

Currently up at Apex and it is beautiful as always. Reminds me of the wildside of the hill.

The views from the point (and the areas around it) are awesome.

Also, the views from the road you see down on the canyon floor (Rte 142/Shafer Basin Rd/Potash Rd) are also pretty incredible.

One of my favorite areas of the US.
