I've been there and swam in it twice. The water was very cold but the place is beautiful.

I've been to Switzerland each year for 14 years. First when I got there it was still reasonably calm in the summer. But now in the summer it is packed with tourists and 'instagram models'. Cannot recommend visiting in the summer, I'd say go a bit off-season.
