Canyonland rocks. Hands down a better experience than arches. I recommend upheaval dome and Druid arch. Both are about 10 miles but itβs well worth it! Druid arch is absolutely stunning.

Traveling through India and SEA made me realise how overrated Europe is and how underrated the east is.
The majority of people get sold an extremely western-centric view of travel and are missing out on some amazing stuff.
The ruins and temples that I went to in India were far more magnificent than any I came across in Europe and Turkey.
Don't get me wrong - I still love much of Europe I've been to (Italy, Croatia and Slovenia in particular), but there are really incredible sights further east.

The red is nitrogen while the green is oxygen? Is the sun throwing more or different particles at us?

Hiked there last year. The views are great, but there are a lot of hikers. It was cold and a bit rainy, but there were still at least a hundred people at the summit.

The cost of food is not the issue - itβs just that food is bought after most other things. Food in the UK has long been cheap relative to almost all of Europe - even most of those countries that produce enough to be self-sufficient.
The cost of housing is absurd (whether rent/mortgage) and is the only real driver of poverty in the UK. Even βfuel povertyβ at the moment is a bit of a nonsense - people are only struggling with the cost of fuel (directly or indirectly) because their rent/mortgage is too high a proportion of their income.

It looks like a spot near Ackworth where I go running sometimes but it could be anywhere other than Featherstone. If it was Fev that'd be firewood by now.

Haha - yes! Great eye. I had a couple photos I was going between but chose this one because of the cows. It's a river that flows from lago grey.
