The local folks have a fondness for that spot and mostly respect it but as more people move into the area its definitely a concern.

It'd my absolute favorite spot to hike, there is a stream to wade in and it's so cool under the trees even in summer. So many foraging opportunities too.

I want to go here. Every day.

You don’t see to many posts about Zephyr Cove on here. I love that area so much it’s my go to around Tahoe. I feel the eastern shore is prettiest. My family and I like to go have picnics on the beach when we go there.

Man, Sneffels is so damn fickle during fall colors. I'm think I'm about 0 for 10 shooting around this general spot over the past two fall seasons. :/
