Well done. Its not procrastination you need to beat. Its fear of failure. Keep going. You publish that book on kindle, dm me and ill buy it. Then you will be a published author and I know as a writer that is a large part of writing a book, being able to say that you are a published author.

What I have always done when I either find myself unmotivated or realise I'm procrastinating is I think to myself, "What could doing this lead to?". In your instance, finishing your book and publishing it can lead to you being a fantastic, famous author. You may think I'm exaggerating but it's happened before, countless times for a number of people of different professions. You go to that laptop/PC, load up your book, and get writing your amazing book. I believe in you

Sometimes i convince myself its so much work to do, or it'll be poor quality/bad/not good (depending on what Im procrastinating on), not worth my time anymore, something new popped up, im tired, list goes on and on. And then i realize, Im not a soothsayer, nor can i read palms or minds. Heck, i cant even interperet my own mind sometimes, so how can i possibly have the answer if i dont know what the future holds? So i need to just continue on, finish my task, and perfect mastering this skill of completing things 0 to 100.

Break it down into chunks. Don't try to write a hundred pages. Only try to write the next sentence.
