You can see that Superman is almost 1 metre away from her. This means that he has no intention of saving her.

I like the others' suggestions. Another good way to start is to try watching or listening to self-growth podcasts, YT videos, Ted Talks, or reading self-growth books or audiobooks.

Sunk cost fallacy might be a risk here, because you donât actually know if what youâre doing will be useful.

I think itâs funny that the one post on here i see people get behind and not immediately go âyeeeeah BUTâ is also a post that gives you an excuse to do nothing.

going to therapy genuinely changed my life for the better.
i struggle with suicidal thoughts, severe depression, borderline personality disorder, and the list unfortunately goes on. i come from an extremely abusive family that made me the punching bag, so i fully understand the weight all the emotions have on a person.
dialectical behavioral therapy has giving me the skills to communicate properly, to understand how im feeling and how to change it in a healthy way, to understand how to work through my emotions in a healthy way.
its not easy to look inward and to try to change but once you do, it opens so many doors for growth and self love. i wish you the best on your mental journey and remember to not give up.

Try adding (or subtracting) one thing at a time, maybe every week or every other week. Go slow - if you try to change your life completely and immediately itâs unlikely it will stick.
Iâd start with daily yoga. Yoga with Adrienne does monthly calendars for free on YouTube. It has so many benefits and is easily accessible. Give it a chance.
And be kind and gentle to yourself. The only one who can change your life is you, and you are your own mentor, guide, companion, etc. would you rather have a mentor thatâs demeaning and discouraging or understanding and uplifting?

Whatâs interesting is that MLKJ is still relevant today as he ever was! There are so many things he has said that are just right!

And the billionaires and millionaires who succeeded have the biggest voice, so we never hear from the 99% of entrepreneurs who were just as smart and hardworking, often times more so, but circumstances didn't favor them and they lost everything to the point where they never fully recover.
I took an entrepreneurship class a while back, and asked the teacher (who had started a few successful businesses) if any one ever goes homeless. He said it definitely does happen, and he had a friend that had started a business and it wasn't going well and then the guy never responded. He thinks the guy went homeless, and no money for cell phone, no address, no relevant job experience for anything.
I don't know much, but I'll always strive to improve the condition of my life while also keeping in mind that life may continue to get worse regardless of my efforts. But I make effort to be grateful for what I have, even if all I have is a very hard potentially impossible challenge to solve.
