We tend to be overly critical of ourselves, making a comparison to an unrealistic standard.
When we get older, we compare our appearance to our younger selves!

I write poetry as a creative outlet but I get nervous reciting at open mics…in my 20’s and early 30’s I was never able to go up and read/recite without sitting on a bar stool due to nerves…now that I am in my 40’s…I finally don’t care and I am ready to get up there, and read standing with no bar stool.

I think a little social anxiety is good for us. I love to make a good first impression to people and it's what keeps me working hard and hitting the gym. Not because I want the validation but because I want my actions to speak louder to my words.

When he file for "improvement", the "improvement" is 100% identical to what the other party made. So yes, stealing.
Just like how the current copyright law are being missused. The first to claim for "copyright" is "the owner" regardless if the original author file for "copyright" or not. Worse, if original author want to file for "copyright" but somebody else already files first, the orignal author got denied.
